Lead Paint Testing

All homes built prior to 1978 should be tested for lead (especially if your home has paint in poor condition). Peeling, chipping, chalking, or cracking lead-based paint is a hazard and needs immediate attention. Lead-based paint can be especially hazardous to children. We strongly encourage you to have one of our qualified professionals take a sampling and have it sent for analysis before remodeling or repainting.
