We are one of the few inspection companies in the industry to offer Home Preservation Plans. Our Home Preservation Plan is a program of ongoing home checkups, performed by one of our professional home inspectors, for the purpose of keeping a home in optimal operating condition.

An Inspect-It 1st inspector will return to the home once each year for a five-year period. During each inspection we will provide you with home maintenance tips and alert you to systems or components within the home that need attention, repair, or replacement. At the end of the fifth year, you will receive a comprehensive report that provides a chronological schedule of events and proactive maintenance steps you took during the last five years of ownership.

The Home Preservation Plan can help reduce unnecessary expenditures on maintenance or complete replacement of major operating components in the home. The plan can also be used as a great educational tool for our clients on a yearly basis. The comprehensive report can also be used as a powerful selling tool when the time comes to sell the home.
