Condo Inspections
Most companies conduct condo inspections in the interior only.
If allowed, we cover both exterior issues and interior issues even though most condominiums are part of a Homeowner's Association (HOA). Although the HOA will likely be responsible for common elements such as the roof, exterior façade, etc., we believe that we best serve our clients by providing as much information as possible. A condo purchase can be impacted by a special assessment that is applied to a common element such as a roof. This assessment will be apportioned to each condo unit owner. The purchaser is in a much better position to understand the condition of the roof after it has been inspected by a professional home inspector.
